Please be advised that Sign Dreamers St. Augustine and all affiliates hereby disclaim any responsibility or liability for any injury or damage that may occur to any person or personal property during the setup or removal of any rental. We emphasize that individuals are strictly prohibited from engaging in any form of play on or around the display. Furthermore, removal of our signs from your lawn for any reason is expressly prohibited, except with our explicit consent. Should early removal be necessary, clients are instructed to notify us promptly for proper handling.

The following terms and conditions outline the contractual agreement between Sign Dreamers St. Augustine and its clients. By engaging our services and ordering any of our products, clients are bound by these terms and conditions:

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.

Cancellation

Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery will result in a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery will incur a 50% refund or a credit for future use, subject to availability. Cancellations made on the day of scheduled delivery may not be eligible for a refund, except in the case of fundraising events, where the refund will be issued minus the donation amount.

Rush Orders

Rush orders, including those placed within 48 hours or on the same day as the event, are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Inclement Weather

We reserve the right to refrain from delivering the yard greeting in the event of inclement weather, including lightning, high winds, or other hazardous conditions that may jeopardize the setup or pose a risk to our property. Refunds will be issued if rescheduling is not possible.

Refund Policy

Refunds will not be provided in the event of homeowner requests for the removal of the greeting, errors in order submission, or if the yard is not prepared for installation.

Delivery

The yard sign will be delivered the evening before or morning of the event date, unless alternative arrangements have been made. Delivery, setup, and takedown are included in the pricing.

Policy

Clients are reminded that yard greetings are intended as pleasant surprises, and homeowners should be notified within 24 hours of the delivery to make necessary arrangements. All signs remain the property of Sign Dreamers St. Augustine, and any damage, destruction, or tampering with the signs is strictly prohibited. Clients are responsible for the full replacement value of any damaged items. We reserve the right to decline orders that are political, controversial, lewd, disrespectful, or otherwise inconsistent with the celebratory nature of our business, with a full refund provided in such cases.

By placing an order and reserving an event with Sign Dreamers St. Augustine, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by all company policies as outlined herein.
